Traditional detection systems have fundamental limitations. We built DroSonic on physics that physics cannot defeat.

Passive Acoustic Propagation

Requires no radio emission from the drone, making it effective against fibre-optic guided and fully autonomous systems that radar and RF systems cannot detect.

Optimized AI

Running on low-cost edge hardware classifies threats locally with no cloud dependency or network requirement.

Distributed Node Network

Uses GCC-PHAT time-difference-of-arrival fusion for accurate localization, degrading gracefully when nodes lose connectivity.

Building Counter-UAS for the Impossible Scenarios

DroSonic is a Denver, Colorado-based research and development company focused on passive acoustic counter-UAS technology. We target detection scenarios where radar and RF systems provide no reliable coverage. This includes electronically contested environments, GPS-denied terrain, and threats using fibre-optic or fully autonomous control.

We are an NVIDIA Inception Program member and a 2026 Colorado SBDC TechVenture Accelerator cohort company.
